Zoo Trip with Jake

We went to Bramble Park Zoo in Watertown today. We picked Jake up in Ramona along the way. We had a really fun day, and enjoyed spending 8 hours with Jake. He's a typical teenager, into video games and skateboarding. He said he has a paper route, so that keeps him busy and gives him some spending money.

We weren't able to get a group picture with the daycare kids like we did last time. It's been 3 years since we were there last. The kids have grown, and it was fun to see their reactions to the animals. Last time we were there it rained the whole time. This time it rained hard for about 15 minutes, but we took our lunch break during that time, so it worked out alright. We were done looking at everything before it started to get hot.
